You can cancel your subscription at any time—no questions asked. When you cancel:

- You keep access through the end of your current billing period.

5.5 Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

6.3 Deliverables

Website designs and marketing materials we create for you are owned by us until your account is fully paid and in good standing. Once paid, ownership of the custom work transfers to you. However, our proprietary tools, frameworks, and templates remain our property and are licensed to you for use only in connection with your deliverables.

By providing your email address, you may opt in to receive marketing emails from us, sent through Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We may still send you essential account-related emails (billing confirmations, service updates) regardless of your marketing preferences.

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party providers to deliver parts of our Services:

- Stripe handles payment processing.

- Mailchimp handles email delivery.

These services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they operate.

9. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES—EXPRESS OR IMPLIED—ABOUT THE RELIABILITY, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY OF OUR SERVICES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC BUSINESS RESULTS FROM USING OUR WEBSITE DESIGN OR MARKETING SERVICES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, Mathias Systems LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
